I get to step into many families' bubbles and constantly witness how full life can be in any shape or size of family, and what I have learnt from these invitiations into people's lives is that mothers hold a lot. I have also learnt that the small gaps and cracks of life matter. These are the parts that can really make a difference in how parents feel about overwhelm and sensory overload. Here I bring my lived experiences as a mumma, doula, cleaner, HSP (high sensory sensitive person) gal and my past life experience in hospitality together to share some goodness that will hopefully nurture you, help lighten that load, and ease some of that overwhelm.

Why learn from me?

Because not only do i know what it feels like to have a nebrious system thats on way to much of the time, to feel easily overstimulated and and overwhelemd by to much clutter/messy or a busy enviroment, not only do i know what it feels like to feel overloaded with the TO-dos but i see it from so many other.s in the schol yard, with my frinds, in families homes and im showing up becaue i beleive and know i can be the curiwuit breaker to the cycle that so many of us, including myself, can find hard to get out off. to make a shoft.
